Seasonal Campsites

A convenient way to enjoy camping and build community. South Creek sites are fully equipped with water, sewage, and 30 or 50 amp hydro, ideal for long-term campers in an RV of any size. North Creek sites are also fully equipped with water, sewage, and 50 amp hydro, these sites are reserved for our 55+ guests in our manufactured homes or park models. We also allow our guests to bring in their own destination or travel trailer. Certain conditions apply.

Based on a family, unmarried children under 21

Additional Season Expenses

Municipal water service is charged annually with your fees ($125)

A one time hydro deposit ($100) is paid to the park, usage is metered and billed separately

Visitor packages are available for seasonal guests, please see office for details

Pinetree will be a controlled entry park with gate cards that allow you 24-hour access to the park for one vehicle, seasonal sites can purchase two cards to be used by the seasonal camper ($30.00 deposit per card)

Winter storage is available for entire off season ($250+HST)

Extend your Season - À la Carte

Your regular season begins May 1st and ends October 31 of each year.

Extended season is available beginning as early as March 1st and as late as November 30th.

A cost of $750 per additional desired month plus water and hydro as billed.
